The ideal candidate will work closely with HR managers, assist in administrative tasks, and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting employee information and liaising with payroll teams.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping HR files up-to-date.
  • Support HR projects, including diversity & inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role or administrative position is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Standard office hours (Monday – Friday) with flexibility based on business needs.
