Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Team Assistant (m/w/d), Associate Partner to support our HR department in ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR managers, assist in administrative tasks, and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting employee information and liaising with payroll teams.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping HR files up-to-date.
- Support HR projects, including diversity & inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in an HR-related role or administrative position is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Standard office hours (Monday – Friday) with flexibility based on business needs.
