Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ITS Logistics Coordinator II (WH) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

  • Manage warehouse logistics, including storage, distribution, and inventory control.

  • Work closely with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and track shipments.

  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast and manage inventory levels.

  • Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics operations and performance.

  • Resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead process improvements and implement best practices to enhance logistics efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.

  • Proficiency in logistics management systems and inventory tracking software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of shipping regulations, warehouse safety standards, and transportation management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination within IT services or a similar industry is preferred.

  • Experience in managing international and domestic shipments.

  • Hands-on experience with warehouse automation systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM).

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work based on operational needs.
