Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in the EU Consumables division. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional administrative, communication, and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and executive briefings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Previous experience in a corporate, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role: 15-20 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling with availability during core business hours in the EU time zone.
