Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth for key fashion, fitness, and luxury brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, ensuring they maximize their presence and sales potential on Amazon.
Analyze data-driven insights to optimize product performance, customer engagement, and sales strategies.
Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, advertising, logistics, etc.) to enhance brand performance and customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
Drive promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and merchandising initiatives to improve brand visibility.
Monitor key performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the fashion, fitness, or luxury industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within fashion, fitness, or luxury retail.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-profile accounts.
