Job Summary

Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join their team as Package Delivery Drivers. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering Amazon packages safely and efficiently to customers doorsteps. You will operate company-provided vehicles and follow delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate package distribution. Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver packages safely and on time.
• Operate a delivery van in various weather conditions while following safety protocols.
• Use a handheld device for navigation, customer communication, and real-time package tracking.
• Follow designated routes and ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled time.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and report any issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and delivery procedures.
• Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using handheld electronic devices.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience

• No prior delivery experience required—Amazon DSP provides paid training.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or driving-related jobs (such as Uber, Lyft, or food delivery) is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts typically range between 8–10 hours per day.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
