Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts, software applications, and hardware components.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • Basic understanding of CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.


Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Previous experience in customer service or IT support is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts.

  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts based on customer support needs.
