Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications by troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support. You will work closely with development teams and customers to improve application performance and user experience.
Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving application-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor application performance and escalate critical issues to the development team.
Maintain a deep understanding of the companys software solutions and their functionalities.
Document customer interactions, issue resolutions, and system updates for future reference.
Assist in software deployments, configurations, and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to enhance system efficiency.
Offer training and guidance to users on application usage and best practices.
Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support, technical support, or a related role.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT support tools.
Basic understanding of coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with cloud-based applications is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in application support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
Prior experience in troubleshooting software applications and providing end-user support.
Experience working in SaaS or tech-driven environments is preferred.
