Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Amazon customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Navigate Amazon’s systems and tools to assist customers in processing orders, tracking shipments, managing accounts, and handling returns and exchanges.

  • Assist with troubleshooting issues related to products and services, and provide clear, accurate solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries.

  • Document and escalate any technical issues or complex cases to the appropriate teams for further resolution.

  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction ratings, response time, and resolution efficiency.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends, challenges, and potential improvements to processes and tools.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in navigating online systems and customer service software.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle stressful customer interactions professionally.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • A positive attitude and passion for helping customers.




Experience:



  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.

  • Prior experience with Amazon’s customer service tools is a strong advantage.




Working Hours:



  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Hours may vary based on customer demand, and availability during peak times (holidays, weekends) is preferred.

  • Must be able to commit to a structured schedule with the possibility of shifts, including evening and weekend hours.
