Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

• Track and report key performance metrics, including conversions, traffic, and revenue.

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand program reach.

• Assist with promotional campaigns, creative content, and marketing materials for affiliates.

• Ensure timely payments and commission tracking for affiliates.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance affiliate strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics is beneficial.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms is a plus.

• Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, as this is a remote role.

• Availability for team meetings and occasional weekend or evening work as needed.
