Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service associates, ensuring they deliver world-class customer service.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team briefings to discuss performance metrics, process improvements, and development goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Assist in training and onboarding new customer service associates, ensuring they understand Amazon’s culture, policies, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment, ensuring team morale and engagement remain high.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with associates, peers, and management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track team performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable with technology and using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and positive approach to managing a remote team.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a remote team environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s customer service processes or e-commerce is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet team and operational needs.
