Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking reliable and responsible drivers to provide pickup and drop-off services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for passengers. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort during the ride.

• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel usage.

• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries politely.

• Follow the designated route or use navigation tools for efficient travel.

• Ensure timely arrival for pickups and drop-offs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic rules, and routes.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous under all circumstances.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Ability to follow schedules and work independently.

• Physical ability to lift and assist with luggage if needed.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of driving experience, preferably in a professional capacity.

• Experience in passenger transport or ride-hailing services is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.

• Ability to handle stressful situations, such as heavy traffic or delays.
