Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking reliable and experienced drivers to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clients, goods, or personnel while ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to traffic regulations. This role requires punctuality, strong navigational skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company or personal vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locations.

• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic conditions.

• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, including regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel receipts, and other required documentation.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers feel safe and comfortable.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods, if required.

• Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting when necessary.

• Coordinate with dispatchers, managers, or clients to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as a driver (commercial, personal, or delivery).

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mapping tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and move moderate-weight items (if required).

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving techniques.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of driving experience preferred.

• Experience in delivery, chauffeur services, logistics, or transportation is a plus.

• Familiarity with local and surrounding areas is advantageous.

Working Hours
