Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from the airport, hotels, and other designated locations.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with luggage and answering inquiries.

• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle at all times.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs to maintain a reliable schedule.

• Monitor flight schedules to accommodate delays or early arrivals.

• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and passengers.

• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to operate a shuttle or passenger van safely.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and airport procedures.

• Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.

Experience

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver, chauffeur, or in a similar transportation role preferred.

• Experience working in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

• Familiarity with GPS navigation and dispatch systems.
