Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will have the flexibility to work independently while leveraging your expertise to source, screen, and match candidates with the right job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding.

• Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking progress and ensuring seamless communication.

• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR professional (preferably in a freelance or remote capacity).

• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitment-related software.

Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

• Experience recruiting in diverse industries is a plus.

• Previous experience working in a freelance or remote setting is preferred but not mandatory.
