In this role, you will serve as the frontline liaison between our platform and our valued customers, resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across our services. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and voice calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Resolve complaints regarding product delivery, returns, payments, and technical issues.
- Guide customers through the Flipkart interface to help them find products, understand policies, and complete transactions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards set by Flipkart.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, or others preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and patient demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems and tabs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to solving issues quickly and efficiently.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Part-time: 4 to 6 hours per day.
- Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online shopping experience.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
