IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant & Sales Associate to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks while also contributing to the companys sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to support business operations and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.

  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Provide support to various departments as needed.

Sales Associate Duties:

  • Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and sales transactions.

  • Help achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about company offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales role preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, sales, or customer service preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  • Occasional weekend work may be required for events or client meetings.
