Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist the sales team by engaging with customers, providing product information, and processing orders.
Maintain and update records, databases, and client interactions in the company CRM.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and training sessions.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional campaigns and social media management.

High school diploma or equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer service practices.

Full-time (40 hours per week) and Part-time positions available.
