Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Office Assistant & Sales Representative to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining administrative responsibilities with sales expertise. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while actively contributing to the companys sales growth by identifying opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, customers, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments, maintain office calendars, and handle general administrative tasks.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining office organization.

  • Conduct sales calls and follow up with prospective customers.

  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and customer records.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in front desk administration and/or sales roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Experience in IT or technology-related industries is an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales roles is beneficial.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (May vary based on company requirements).

  • Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on business needs.

  • Some evening or weekend shifts may be required.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
