You will be responsible for handling clerical duties, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth office operations. No degree is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing customer records, processing orders, and handling inquiries.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between departments.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

  • Assist in generating reports related to sales performance and inventory.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails professionally.

  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

  • Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and updating social media accounts as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
