IT Sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our online customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via live chat, email, and other text-based communication platforms. Your primary focus will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, order processing, and account-related questions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of customer concerns.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software, live chat tools, and CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in chat support or online customer service.

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech-related customer support is a plus.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
