In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via live chat, email, and other text-based communication platforms. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, order processing, and account-related questions.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of customer concerns.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in chat support or online customer service.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech-related customer support is a plus.
