IT Sight Technologies is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Care Representatives. We are hiring immediately for both day and night shifts to accommodate our global customer base.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Maintain customer records and update account information accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed support.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
Prior experience in handling international customers is advantageous.
Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Must be flexible to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
