Job Summary:

IT Sight Technologies is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Marketing & Sales Trainee program. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their careers in marketing and sales. The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program that covers sales techniques, market analysis, client relationship management, and business development strategies. No prior experience is required—just a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies through hands-on training.

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

• Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

• Work closely with senior team members to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

• Track sales performance and provide reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
