IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to enhance content strategies.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist in creating and editing graphics, videos, and other visual content using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

  • Support marketing campaigns by collaborating with the team on content ideas, influencer outreach, and community building.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, to improve strategy.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies for brand growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

  • Ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is a plus.


Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible hours with a part-time workload.

  • Must be available to post content and engage with the audience during peak times.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
