Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management.

  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and webinars to promote brand awareness and client engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a technology company or B2B sales is a plus.

  • Experience in content creation, graphic design, or video marketing is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours may be considered based on business needs)

  • Occasional travel for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings may be required.
