Job Summary:
IT Sight Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Telecallers. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, gathering information, and providing assistance—without the stress of sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people over the phone, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as per the assigned list.
- Provide information about products, services, or campaigns as required.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Collect and update customer data accurately in the system.
- Answer queries and provide resolutions within the scope of work.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Work in coordination with team leads and provide regular updates.
- Adhere to calling scripts and company policies to maintain quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (basic training will be provided).
- Ability to follow instructions and meet assigned targets (non-sales).
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours (Part-time and full-time options available).
- Monday to Saturday (Fixed shifts available based on discussion).
- Sundays and Public Holidays off.
