Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in a customer support or call center role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
