IT Sight Technologies is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialists to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential customers via phone calls to promote our products and services. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Explain IT Sight Technologies products and services to prospects and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and objections.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
Record customer information, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and previous interactions to nurture potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and strategies.
Stay up to date with company offerings and industry trends to ensure effective communication.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software.

1+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
