IT Sight Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2B Telecaller to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce IT Sight Technologies services and solutions.

  • Identify decision-makers and establish positive relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide detailed information about company products and services.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Handle objections effectively and address customer concerns.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a B2B Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Sales Representative.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.


Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B telemarketing or inside sales.
