Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly targets for call handling and issue resolution.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
