Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images across various e-commerce platforms.
Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or refunds as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, or social media.
Conduct market research to identify trends and recommend product optimizations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Optimize SEO strategies for product listings to enhance visibility.
Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.

Handle administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
Proven experience in e-commerce support or as a virtual assistant.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or WooCommerce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other administrative tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
