Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain professional at all times.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred.

  • Experience using customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar software is a plus.
