Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for dynamic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity with high incentives. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.

  • Convince customers to purchase products or avail of services.

  • Maintain a database of customers and track follow-ups.

  • Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in any discipline.

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

  • Experience in a BPO, call center, or telesales role will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours based on business requirements.

  • Part-time and full-time options available.

  • Rotational shifts may be applicable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address concerns.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

  • Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
