Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer specializing in Fashion & Apparel to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and original textile designs, prints, and patterns for fashion and apparel collections.

• Research and analyze current trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to develop fresh design concepts.

• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric swatches for new designs.

• Use digital software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and textile-specific CAD software to design prints and patterns.

• Collaborate with fashion designers, production teams, and merchandisers to ensure seamless integration of textile designs into collections.

• Modify existing designs to align with new trends and customer feedback.

• Ensure color consistency, pattern repeatability, and textile quality in final designs.

• Work with manufacturers to translate digital designs into physical fabric prints.

• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, patterns, and fabric specifications.

• Stay updated with advancements in textile materials, printing techniques, and sustainable practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or other textile design software.

• Strong understanding of fabric structures, color theory, and textile printing techniques.

• Knowledge of textile CAD software is an advantage.

• Creative flair with an eye for detail and precision in pattern making.

• Ability to develop trend-based designs that appeal to various market segments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of sustainable textile practices is a plus.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in textile design, preferably in fashion and apparel.

• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
