Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisors to oversee construction activities in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently. This role involves coordinating with workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Manage and monitor work schedules, materials, and labor allocation.

• Liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project progress.

• Conduct regular site inspections and address any potential issues.

• Train and guide construction workers as needed.

• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports on work progress.

• Resolve any on-site conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.

• Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in handling construction tools and equipment.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards in construction.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, project management software preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Experience working on large-scale projects is a plus.

• Prior experience managing Indian construction workers is preferred.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

• Overtime may be required based on project deadlines and work demands.
