Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including haircuts, styling, coloring, facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Provide professional skin, hair, and nail care advice to clients based on their needs.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional services.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and salon areas.
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Promote salon products and recommend suitable treatments to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals to create a friendly and positive environment.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate service records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in hairstyling, skincare, makeup, and other salon services.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle different client requirements with professionalism.
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a salon setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a salon, spa, or beauty parlor.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
• Fresher candidates with a strong skill set and certification are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• 6 days a week (Rotational shifts).
• 8-10 hours per day (including breaks).
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
