As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing customer support, and assisting with sales and lead generation.

This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide customer support, answer queries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to deliver high-quality service.
  • Identify customer needs and generate sales leads.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (10+2) or any graduate degree.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, or any regional Indian language is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply!
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Telecalling role is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or technical support will be beneficial.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 8 to 9-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per company requirements.
  • Rotational shifts available (Day & Night shifts).
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and multitask effectively.
