Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including North and South Indian specialties.
Develop and refine recipes to enhance menu offerings.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and provide necessary training.
Monitor food inventory and ensure proper stock management.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety regulations.

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.

Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
