Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

  • Follow communication guidelines and company policies.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, voice process, or telecalling roles.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts (Day/Night).

  • 5 to 6 working days per week with rotational shifts.

  • Work-from-home setup with adherence to company work schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with telephonic etiquette and call handling procedures.
