Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Voice Process Associates for our work-from-home call center operations. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with patience and clarity.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Follow communication guidelines and company policies.
Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Adhere to defined targets, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in customer service, voice process, or telecalling roles.
Flexible shifts (Day/Night).
5 to 6 working days per week with rotational shifts.
Work-from-home setup with adherence to company work schedule.
Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
Familiarity with telephonic etiquette and call handling procedures.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
