Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Advisor to join our team. As a Remote Call Center Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service and sales support. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, promote products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant services.

• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and sales targets.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
