Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative and passionate Virtual Clothing Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and bringing to life innovative clothing collections, collaborating closely with marketing, digital production, and merchandising teams to deliver high-quality virtual fashion designs that stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design original clothing collections for virtual and e-commerce platforms.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital prototypes aligned with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual identity.
• Adapt designs for various formats, including virtual reality, augmented reality, and metaverse-ready assets.
• Stay updated with emerging fashion and technology trends to inspire new design approaches.
• Participate in virtual fittings and ensure clothing designs are optimized for various digital avatars or models.
• Manage and deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing virtual fashion designs or digital clothing collections.
• Excellent understanding of fabric textures, color theory, and garment construction in a virtual space.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into innovative virtual garments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work setting.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in fashion design, digital clothing design, or related industries (freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Previous exposure to virtual fashion platforms, e-commerce, or the metaverse is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, flexible remote working hours.
• Must be available for virtual team meetings and project check-ins in a globally distributed environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and digital fashion innovations.
• Understanding of 3D modeling basics (e.g., CLO 3D, Marvelous Designer) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
