Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative, client-focused, and fashion-savvy Remote Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic online personal styling team. This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through personalized fashion advice. As an Online Personal Stylist, you will work with clients virtually, curating tailored outfit recommendations that match their style, preferences, and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their personal style, body type, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Curate and recommend complete outfit selections, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, based on client profiles and current fashion trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and market offerings to ensure high-quality styling advice.
• Provide clients with style boards or lookbooks through our online platform.
• Engage with clients via email, video calls, and other communication tools to ensure a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with other stylists and the merchandising team to optimize styling strategies.
• Address client feedback and adjust styling suggestions accordingly.
• Meet monthly styling targets and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling principles, and body types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as virtual styling platforms, lookbook creators, and video conferencing tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Fashion Stylist, Personal Shopper, or related role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a strong passion for fashion and styling are highly encouraged to apply.
• Any background in fashion design, merchandising, or retail is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible, remote work schedule.
• Availability to cater to clients across various time zones, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Approximately 25-40 hours per week, depending on client demand and personal capacity.
