Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop creative brand identities for fashion start-ups.
• Create original designs for logos, clothing lines, digital content, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing teams, and product developers to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitive design strategies.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and design prototypes aligned with each brands vision.
• Assist with e-commerce visual assets, including website banners, lookbooks, and social media graphics.
• Present and pitch design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and innovative design techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and fashion-related designs.
• Excellent creative, conceptual, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to enter the fashion start-up scene).
• Prior internship or freelance experience in fashion branding or design is a plus.
• Experience working with start-ups or in fast-paced environments will be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Flexible, remote work schedule.
• Core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (timezone flexibility depending on project teams).
• Project-based deadlines with autonomy over your daily workflow.
