Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and trends to make data-driven merchandising decisions.

• Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to enhance online product presentation.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from product discovery to purchase.
• Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates, basket size, and overall sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online merchandising principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce CMS tools.
• An eye for fashion trends, visual aesthetics, and consumer preferences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to influence merchandising strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, or fashion retail (fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience are encouraged to apply).
• Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms or online retail environments is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, flexible working hours based on project deadlines and coordination with international teams.
• 100% remote work with occasional virtual meetings.
