Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support project managers in planning, executing, and closing various projects across diverse industries. This role will provide you with hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and valuable exposure to project management tools and methodologies, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Track project progress and report on key deliverables and deadlines.
- Support project managers in identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Assist in managing project budgets and resources under the guidance of senior staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is a plus.
Experience
- No prior professional experience required; this role is designed for recent graduates.
- Any internship or project-based experience related to coordination, project management, or teamwork will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available based on project needs).
- 100% remote work.
