Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, processing, and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making across various projects. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources.
• Perform basic statistical analysis and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Assist senior analysts with data-related projects and ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives using data insights.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of data concepts and familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Experience

• No prior experience required.
• Recent graduates, career changers, or individuals with a passion for data are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (timezone adaptable based on your location).
• Remote work setup.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with basic statistical methods and concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
