As a QA Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of various digital products by identifying bugs and suggesting improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Report bugs and issues using tracking tools and assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and detailed documentation.
• Ensure that products meet client and internal quality standards before release.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and testing progress.
• Assist in maintaining a high level of usability, performance, and security across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with web and mobile applications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using common tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Experience

• No prior QA experience required – Fresh graduates or individuals with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Any internship or coursework related to software development or IT will be considered an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule with core hours based on project requirements.
• 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Willingness to learn new testing tools and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
