Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and motivated Multilingual Customer Support Executive to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our global customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone across multiple regions and time zones.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs.
- Translate and localize responses to ensure clear communication across different languages and cultures.
- Assist with customer feedback collection and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, or other).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all applicable languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with common customer service tools (CRM, live chat, ticketing systems).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles (minimum 1 year preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Experience in remote work environments is an advantage.
- Multilingual communication in a professional setting is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on the business needs and your availability.
- Fully remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
