Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Experience

  • No prior experience required – freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedules available:
    • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as a weekly off.
