Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing team remotely. You will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Oversee and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Administer performance management and appraisal programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR matters, including performance, leadership, and employee relations.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in remote or hybrid environments.
- Proven experience leading HR functions across multiple departments or business units.
- Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible working hours with availability to accommodate meetings across time zones when required.
