Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing team remotely. As a pivotal member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies and initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. You will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Oversee and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Administer performance management and appraisal programs.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR matters, including performance, leadership, and employee relations.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in remote or hybrid environments.
• Proven experience leading HR functions across multiple departments or business units.
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position (Monday to Friday)
• Flexible working hours with availability to accommodate meetings across time zones when required.
