Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisors to join our clients dynamic construction teams in Singapore. This role is critical for managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, overseeing the workforce, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. As a site supervisor, you will serve as the vital link between project managers and on-ground workers, helping deliver projects successfully while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site activities and workforce performance.
• Ensure project deadlines, safety regulations, and quality standards are strictly met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to maintain workplace safety.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports.
• Monitor use of materials and manage equipment and resource allocation on-site.
• Train and mentor junior workers and enforce best practices on-site.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficient in site reporting and documentation.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site supervisory experience, preferably on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Previous overseas experience, particularly in Singapore or other international markets, will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time role with typical working hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Overtime may be required based on project timelines and site requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Deep understanding of construction site management and safety practices.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage multicultural teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to site challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills for project documentation and reporting.
